So i have come down with a terrible cold and I ended up eating 850 cals today like an idiot :/
I wish I was one of those people who doesn’t get hungry when they’re sick.
but no! I kept eating and hating myself ugh…
BUT I have been running close to a deer for the past 2 days and I read online (so take it with a grain of salt) that for every 0.5 degree increase in body temperature your BMR increases by about 7% so… thats kinda cool. Feel a bit better with that.
I think that I might post some progress pics soon. Maybe one from a few months ago and some current ones. Theres not that much of a difference I don’t think but in a couple of months I’m hoping that it will be obvious how I’m going.

I did another 20 hour fast and i feel fantastic! Ive never been so focused and productive as I have been over the past 2 days.
Tomorrow I have to have lunch with a friend so I can only do a 17 ½ hour fast, but thats pretty close to 20 hours. Also My friend invited me around to dinner so I have to eat a again. ill try and pick small things at both but I’m pretty nervous ill end up going over 500 calories tomorrow… but even though ill be eating more than i want to ill still cut off eating by 7pm.

Push it to one side. Down a pint of water. NOW! RIGHT NOW! Half the plate. Throw the half plate away. Now look back at the food. Are you still hungry? Go look into the mirror.RIGHT NOW TURN TO THE SIDE. List from top to botto which bits you wanna change? Write them down. READ IT. TWICE.!!! Go and brush your teeth . Drink another glass of water. Do 10 sit-ups. don’t you feel great? YEAH! LOOK AT YOU .Look at the food..
You do NOT wanna eat that . Say “NO, NO, NO. I DO NOT WANNA EAT THAT . I DON’T I DON’T” .. How great do you feel? how good are you doing? throw the other half away. Give it to someone else. Wow ok, so I finished my university exams!!! So i can come back -
I forced myself to eat at least 1100 calories a day to maintain brain function. (Uni is expensive I’m not gonna redo any subjects) which was really hard, I had a bit of a break down the first day, but I got through it.
But now its holidays!
So I can restrict pretty much as much as i want.
My mum pulled me up the other day though as said i’ve lost too much weight??? I am still (now after having to eat more the past week and a half) 53kgs, I’m not underweight. So it’s not even like… bad?
Anyways! Ive just got to make sure I wear baggy clothes at home so I can reach my goal weight before Christmas and not get in trouble.

I have decided to start this blog, because for years I have been inhibited by terrible thoughts about food, questioned my worth, hated myself for eating and compulsively checked calories, starved myself, binged, hated myself more, etc.
Tonight was particularly bad - and it was either I do something drastic… or I talk about it. I don’t know anyone who I would feel comfortable speaking about this to in person, so I’ve decided to try blogging.
Currently weigh 58kg
To be happy, right now, I would have to be 45kg
I want to change my attitude towards food and weight loss to be positive and healthy eventually. I will probably be posting what I ate, how I exercised, and how I felt about it. But as time goes on that could change.
